Prohibited Content
Strictly zero tolerance for illegal content, malware, or unauthorized document reproduction.
About QuickPrint & Platform Scope
Welcome to QuickPrint, a self-service automated printing ecosystem operated by WebNexaLabs ("WebNexaLabs", "we", "us", or "our").
QuickPrint provides technology that enables users to upload documents from smartphones or laptops, select printing options, locate participating print kiosks, process digital payments, and instantly collect physical prints.
Eligibility & Authority
You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law to use QuickPrint.
If you are accessing QuickPrint on behalf of a business, university, library, office, or organization, you confirm that you hold the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Account Security & Credentials
Certain features may require account creation or mobile OTP verification. You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact details
- Protect account credentials
- Report unauthorized access immediately
- Accept responsibility for account usage
Print Jobs & Workflow Execution
Standard print workflow follows these sequential steps:
- 1. Upload supported file (PDF, DOCX, Image)
- 2. Select target kiosk location
- 3. Configure color, copies, & duplex options
- 4. Review job summary & pricing
- 5. Complete UPI or card payment
- 6. Receive pickup OTP or QR code
- 7. Collect prints at kiosk terminal
Uploaded Content & License
You retain full ownership of documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant QuickPrint a limited, non-exclusive permission strictly to process, render, and reproduce the document to fulfill your requested print job.
Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights
Pricing & Payment Terms
Print prices depend on selected kiosk location, page count, color options, paper format, and applicable taxes.
All prices are displayed upfront before you confirm payment. Payments are processed through secure payment partners (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking).
Refunds & Failed Print Jobs
To request a manual refund review, contact support with your Print Job ID or Transaction reference at support@webnexalabs.in.
Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Abuse
You agree NOT to use QuickPrint for:
Limitation of Liability & Warranty
QuickPrint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebNexaLabs disclaims all warranties regarding continuous uptime or hardware availability.
In no event shall WebNexaLabs be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or QuickPrint services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
